We know that fostering reading is vital and that a good amount of its success depends on the motivation that we manage to encourage.
¨Let the books return to the forest! ¨ is an important cycle. Volunteers and collaborators artistically create covers for the books they selected, others bring the books to the schools where they are then hung off branches of trees, the children leave the classroom to explore the books, and lastly, everyone goes back inside to share their experience with their classmates and later with their family. To end the activity, students, teachers and family members proceed to plant trees native to the area they live in in the school and in the community.
You can do it in your community too!
